Donna Griggs is on the job on October 1, 1975 as Pacific Grove's first "meter maid." Her employment last month made possible by the realease of a sworn officer for other duties. The brown slacks are part of the uniform, but the coat is her own. A hat is on order, as is a new motor scooter.
