Fourth of July, 1958

Fort Ord's military personnel march past the official reviewing stand on Del Monte avenue, leading off today's colorful July 4th 1958 Parade in Seaside. Civic and military dignitaries reviewed the hundreds of marchers from in front of city hall, while thousands of other spectators watched along the parade march. (Monterey County Herald archive)
